Each time my boys passed from primary school to secondary school, we organised a special trip for them - a very special trip with me! It was a celebration of the hard work they had done to get through their AQE - the test they do in P7 here in order to decide what school they will go to, whether a secondary school or a grammar school. The first 3 boys all did their AQE and got admitted to Regent House Grammar, but since the youngest is dyslexic and was struggling with it at that stage, we decided not to put him through doing it. The result is that he gets a trip without the hard work (hehe!!!) and goes to the local integrated college - and he loves it!

#2 - Ethan - London - August 2016
Ethan is a huge Chelsea fan so off to London we went, to visit Stamford Bridge and Wembley Stadium. We also went on a bus tour, seeing all the London sights, and visited Madame Tussaud's. The only thing we missed out on was seeing Chelsea actually play a match, but we'll get there soon!

#3 - Ryan - Paris - April 2019
Ryan is a big football fan so we decided to go to Paris and let him see PSG play a match. We loved the atmosphere and the whole amazing game - watching superstars is on another level! We also went on a bus tour of Paris, went to the Louvre to see the Mona Lisa, went on a boat tour down the Seine and saw the Eiffel Tower. We didn't go up the Eiffel Tower, so maybe we'll have to go back another time!

#4 - Micah...
Micah lost out because of COVID, so we haven't had a chance to do his trip yet, but we are hoping to do something this summer with him.
