I have partially done this - as in I went to an amazing opera-mix in Venice when Alan and I were in Italy. The opera was a mixture of famous songs from different operas and it was fantastic. The actors/singers were so funny and real performers. And the music was great! I definitely enjoyed it and want to see a proper real one when I get the opportunity.
