No. 2 - Become a mother

The second thing on my life-long bucket list was to become a mother. And what a joy that was! Let's have a look...

#1 - Benjamin - 26/12/2001

Our first son was born on Boxing Day, 2 weeks early. He was a huge 10 lbs 4! I had an emergency c-section and we went home in the snow after 5 or 6 days. He was so cute and I have had the privilege of watching him grow up to become a wonderful man of God who just turned 20. We named him Benjamin David and he is just amazing!

#2 - Ethan - 08/06/2004

Our second son was born in June 2004. He was right on time but again came by c-section since he was 9 lbs 3 and they thought it might be best! He is now 17 and learning to drive and is the kindest, more thoughtful young man you'll ever meet. We named him Ethan Daniel and he is my ginger gem!

#3 - Ryan - 20/09/2006

Number third son came in September 2006 and was a huge 10 lbs 3. He is my sporty son and plays football and rugby, and is brilliant at both. He is now 15 and is the one child who has to get his haircut by a barber (the others are happy for me to do it!)!! We named him Ryan Philip and I just love to go and watch him play - even in the wind and storms!

#4 - Micah - 10/06/2008

Micah is our youngest son - born in June 2008. He was in SCBU for 5 days when he was born because he had fluid in his lungs. He was resuscitated when he was born, but he is amazing and has no issues from it now. He is now 13 and has his Granda's middle name - Micah Jennings.

So yes - I have had the joy of becoming a mother 4 times, and have made so many amazing memories having these 4 in my life. They bring me so much pleasure and so much happiness and I just love them to bits.
